Factors Influencing Establishment, Maintenance And Development Of Informal Public Basketball Clubs In Shenyang

An informal sports group is an important carrier to achieve"National Fitness Program". Relevant data show that different age groups of Chinese mainly participate in sports in free combination and spontaneous forms. Free composition and spontaneous forms of participation in physical activities accounted for three-fourths of the total number of people participating in sports activities. However, through extensive literature inspection, it is found that study of informal groups of Popular Sports is very inadequate currently, in particular, the study based on empirical research methods that affect the formation of a group of informal sport, maintenance and development of a systematic study of the factors. In order to further promote the sound development of the informal sports groups, improve the public areas of sports science, in this paper, empirical studies are done to reveal some of the relevant factors influencing establishment, maintenance and development of informal basketball clubs in Shenyang. The subject of study is a group of informal amateur public basketball clubs. At present, this group is very active and has a certain influence on the community, but it has not received enough attention and support from sports administration department in the past. This study will arouse the government departments' attention and support to promote the improvement and development of this group, and for other sports items of study of informal popular sports clubs to provide theoretical basis and a useful reference. Literature, survey, field research, expert interviews, mathematical statistics are employed. Fifteen informal public basketball clubs of two years'contined activities in Shenyang are the research subjects. This paper makes a study of the Shenyang informal public basketball clubs'basic status quo and demonstrates the important factors affecting them.Conclusions: 1.The nature of Shenyang informal Basketball Club is an informal group of amateur public basketball. 2. Shenyang informal basketball club members are a discrete basketball population of self-organization process from disorder to order. It is the result of mutual influence and interaction between individuals; it is the result of the interaction between individuals and the environment of a basketball population. Basketball fans are based on their common objective and love of physical education. It is a process and results of the dynamic interaction in sports practice. 3. Shenyang informal basketball club members'basic conditions, the roles of members (leaders and ordinary members) and the effect of activities other than basketball and basketball in clubs all impact on the maintenance and development of the clubs. 4. Shenyang informal basketball club's leaders, funding and revenue conditions, support from the sports administration are important factors affecting the development of the clubs.Suggestions: 1.Sports administration departments should formulate relevant policies to ensure Shenyang informal basketball clubs as a formal legalization and open or build basketball stadium for them. 2. We should train the club's leadership and the backbone members to assist the club's maintenance and development. 3. We should build a social management institution for Shenyang informal basketball club's management. We should often organize basketball games between clubs to promote exchanges and communication.
