The Path Research On Influencing Factors And Promoting The Development Of The Basketball Club Of Fujian Xun Xing

This article takes Fujian Xun Xing club as the research object,and analyzes the development status;development dilemma,influencing factors and promotion path of the club from four aspects.Using the methods of questionnaire,field investigation,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper investigates,analyzes and summarizes the management status and influencing factors of Xun Xing basketball club in Fujian,and provides some slight suggestions for promoting the management and management of Xun Xing basketball club in Fujian,and draws the following conclusions:1.the competitive level of professional basketball in Fujian is stagnant,and there is a gap with the excellent clubs in China.2.Fujian xunxing club has insufficient internal operation and management,frequent losses,less interaction with fans,inadequate development of the field environment,and weak brand construction.3.frequent replacement of the coach makes the tactical system of the team imperfect and the result is not satisfactory,resulting in poor quality of competition.4.the Chinese Basketball Association's regulations on the club make the club unable to operate autonomously and greatly reduce the enthusiasm of the club.The 5.main factors affecting the Fujian Jiujiang basketball club mainly includes 5 factors,22 indexes,which affect the five common factors in Fujian Xing Xun club development including market development,security system,management system,human resources and operation level.Based on the above conclusions,we sum up the suggestions for promoting the development of Fujian Xun Xing basketball club.1.,we should combine the market development of the club with the culture of Minnan,focus on the needs of the fans,and create a unique style team.2.sports authorities need to redefine management authority,clarify their own positioning,provide good atmosphere for the development of clubs and develop the soil.The club needs to improve its own management team,increase departmental setup and clarify its functions and powers.3.improve the policy system and provide policy support and legal support for the difficulties encountered by the club in the development process.4.the formation of scientific talent selection mechanism,the integration of physical education to athletes,pay attention to the training of local coaches,select the coaches suitable for Xun Xing basketball team culture,and strengthen the selection and use of volunteers.5.introduction of foreign advanced hardware equipment,perfect competition mechanism,a full range of star pattern and the scene building atmosphere,and the fan field on the field of multi-directional interaction model.
