Since 2017,small basketball has been carried out in China for three years,and more and more regions have carried out small basketball,but the development of small basketball in Hangzhou primary school is poor.What is the reason for this situation?It needs to be combed.Therefore,this study uses literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to investigate and analyze the influencing factors in the development of primary school basketball in Hangzhou.In view of the existing influencing factors,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,and provides the basis for the development of primary school basketball in Hangzhou.Results:1.Through factor analysis,three public factors,i.e.individual factor,policy factor and promotion factor,were determined.The cumulative interpretation rate was 73.203%.Personal factors include nine factors;policy factors include nine factors;promotion factors include three factors.2.Through weight analysis,the weight of individual factor is 0.612;the weight of policy factor is 0.284;the weight of promotion factor is 0.104.The three most influential factors are teachers' professional skills,students' interest in participating in small basketball and teachers' professional knowledge about small basketball.Among the policy factors,the three most influential factors are the government's organization,the government's development policy and the government's promotion plan.The most influential factors are the promotion of small basketball,the selection of characteristic school and the development of school-based curriculum.Conclusion:1.The factors that affect the development of primary school basketball in Hangzhou are: personal factors,policy factors,promotion factors.Among them,personal factors are the most influential,followed by policy factors,and promotion factors are the least.2.The personal factors are as follows: 1 ? The PE teachers in Hangzhou primary school are willing to participate in the training,but have less opportunities.They don't have a good understanding of the rules of small basketball and competition,and they are weak in basketball teachers.2? Primary school students participate in sports less times every week,and have less interest in participating in small basketball.3 ?Parents worry about their children's injuries,and their support rate is low.The specific policy factors are as follows: 1? Hangzhou municipal government departments did not set up corresponding organizations,did not plan small basketball promotion plans,and did not issue policies.2? School leaders do not pay enough attention to small basketball,lack of funds,lack of venues and equipment,imperfect competition system,and no corresponding teaching and training program.The promotion factors are as follows: 1?The propaganda means are relatively simple,the promotion channels are few,the number of characteristic schools of campus basketball is small,the training teams are few,and school-based courses are not developed.3.Countermeasures: 1?Set up the organization and make the relevant policies and plans of small basketball.2 ? Optimize the promotion methods and broaden the publicity channels.3?Improve the professional level of basketball teachers.4?We will increase funding and improve the facilities in a scientific way.5?Improve the campus competition system.6?Create the teaching and training program and school-based curriculum of small basketball.7?Improve the support rate of parents and strengthen the protective measures.8?Grasp the students' sports motivation and improve their interest in participation.
