To perform to the best of their technical and tactical ability, Football players need to have a high level of physical fitness to play for the full duration of the game. Therefore, endurance training for football players is particularly important. This paper studies China's Under-19 soccer player's athletic endurance training methods, starting with the ball through to the use of a combination of endurance training methods. The objective is to further improve the quality of training for football players, to improve their endurance levels, to broaden their horizons with the choice of physical training methods for young football players through good academic research.To improve the quality of youth football player endurance, a questionnaire survey examined the results of the experimental method, the measurement method and mathematical statistics between a control group and experimental groups. It found that the numerical blood test lactic acid, aerobic stamina diathesis test P value for than 0.05), 0.037 (anaerobic endurance quality test P value for than 0.05) and sinks training showed obvious changes.Test data and technical ability for 0.010 (P 0.05) in the experimental and control groups in the experiment showed that training had also had an obvious effect.Conclusion: Youth football players general stamina diathesis and special stamina diathesis can be more effectively developed by combining the cyclic training method with the ball intermission training method. Similar effects in these two methods were obvious in athletes improved endurance as well as their improved technical ability. For the conclusion we give the following recommendations:1. A training program according to the actual ability of the athletes, the implementation of the development program should be individualized allowing the athletes to adjust effectively.2. Program content should be designed to target the development of athlete's endurance and also the team's overall technical and tactical ability development .3. Coaches should strengthen special operations in the off-season and learn to do scientific training.4. Research should give full play to the team coach and physical trainer in their roles; to constantly explore and introduce advanced scientific research results.5. Physical training completion should also pay attention to the overall coordination of the team member's development, thus promoting the comprehensive development of all the athletes.6. Special physical improvement in physiology should follow the "super-compensation" principle. Players should maximize the development training period and its corresponding fitness. Therefore, we will be able to conduct regular fitness tests. But the physical testing parameters and physical training aspects involved should be consistent.
