Integrity is a traditional virtue of Chinese People and ancient topic of human being. Confucius said, "I don't know how a man without truthfulness to get on" . Along with the socialism market economy going deep into development, "the credit" will be the man' s important capital. Today' s youth must be the cornerstones of every walk of life tomorrow. They are our nation ' s hope and future and guarantee of our enterprises triumphant. The youngsters should be the group with more integrity character, which is the demand of the time and themselves and is determined by the role and function the youngsters will play and perform in the future society. Recently, with the infection of all kinds of negative factors of the society transfer period, integrity deficiency has been prevailing in various fields in our society and has eroded man ' s moral ideology and value concept, including the youngsters.
