Bullying is a behavior intentionally of special aggression causing harm to the weaker. The present paper used 《Children Bully Questionnaires 》 《 Eysenck' s Personality Questionnaires》 and 《Family Raising Styles Questionnaires》 to research the bulling and victim behavior, the difference in the Eysenck' s personality dimensions and the association with up bring styles in the elementary and middle school students. The questionnaires are all anonymous. The following findings were found:(1) Bullying is prevalent among elementary and middle school students. There are 28. 0% of students involving bully problem and 20. 6% involving victim problem; in elementary school. There are 16. 1% middle students involving bully and 20. 6% reporting victim.(2) The proportion of the bully and victim will drops when the grade is rise. The boy' s proportion is higher than girl' s in bully and victim.(3) The first type of bully is physical, and the following is verbal, breakage in elementary school students; But the first type in the middle school is verbal, and the second is physical.(4) The first place of bullying is classroom and the following is playground and the road of going to school or home.(5) The bully behavior is related to the neuroticism and psychoticism dimensions; The victim behavior is related to the psychoticism.(6) Bulling might have some relations to the family raising style. Bullies were related to parents punitive and despotic upbringing styles; The victims were related to the parent' s indulgent and high hope.
