School bullying, as well as bullying intervention, has become the hot topic of public concerns and researchers around the world today. This study explores 311 Junior middle students in Anding district, Dingxi city, with Bullly/Victim Behavior Questionnaire for Junior Middle School, which was translated and adapted by ChenShiping. The article included: The reasons of problem, the definition of school bullying behavior and the analyses of research trends, methods of research, the survey results of Junior middle students , the harms of school bullying and the reasons of school bullying, intervening strategies and so on. The research result: (1) Of the students surveyed in the study, 18percent reported that they had been bullied,7.4 percent that they had bullied others;(2) Bullying was more frequent among boys than among girls; (3)The rate of victims decreases according to the rise of age or grade; (4) The passive viewpoints of teachers are not good for bullying intervention; (5)Although the classroom is the main place where bully/victim has taken place, playground,toilet,the way to school or go home without controlling are more dangerous. sometimes bullying is more likely to turn into school violence. Reviewing research articles of bullying intervention both at home and abroad, the bullying intervening is a socio-ecological system project, this study provides several strategies for removing school bullying. Included: school intervening, family participating, community intervening, schoolmates support etc. There is a significance for educators in bullying intervening.
