Researching On Investigation And Countermeasures Of Present Situation About Educational Practice To The Sport Educational Specialty Of Sport Institute Of University In Hubei Province

Using documentary, investigation, comparison, logical analytic method, statistic method and so on, this paper analyzes five aspects including the practice model and form, the present situation of the elementary and middle school which accept educational practice, the arrangement of the practice time, the practice instructors' current situation, the practice evaluation system. This thesis compares the good and bad aspects of the pattern of "the time centralized";analyzes the arrangement of the practice time and length & short of the practice time;analyzes the problem of practice instructors, from the aspects of practice instructors' qualification, the difficulty of dispatching the instructors for the high school, non-clear aim of guiding educational practice for part of instructor and so on;analyzes the present situation of the elementary and middle school which have accepted educational practice, whereby to discover the reason of difficulty of establishing stable, ideal practice bases;and analyzes the present situation of evaluation system of educational practice form two aspects which are the appraisal of students' performance and instructors' work. According to the above, this paper presents the corresponding countermeasures and suggestion. In the first place, as to the insufficiency of the traditional pattern of "the time centralized model", it proposes to construct the pattern of the entire educational practice. In the second place, it also presents the advice that we must strengthen the instructors' study and management in the process of educational practice in view of the current situation of the instructors, and we must establish and consolidate the practice bases through many kinds of channels in view of the current situation of the elementary and middle school which have accepted educational practice. In the third place, as to the current situation of practice evaluation system, the author proposes carrying on the appraisal of combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches from thought & political performance, sport classroom, class advisors' work, extracurricular physical activities, education investigation paper and so on, and establishing the evaluation system for the practice instructor from preparatory work before practice, thought performance, teaching instruction work, scientific management and so on.
