The Chinese language textbooks, in the determination of choosing articles as well as of the arrangement and combination, not only have always been reflecting the compilers' viewpoints on language and its education and their language teaching methodology, but also have been refracting the language education expectation and requests made by a nationality or a country in an era. Putting some kinds of textbooks together, we can clearly see the people's different understanding on "synchronism" in the language education. By the analysis of these textbooks, just like cells dissections and analysis, we also may clearly see the development and the changes in history, thus we may set the bird's eye on the society development. Precisely on the association of the "synchronism" and "diachronism", we construct the new textbooks on the base of the understanding on the available textbook.This article attempts to partially conduct the comparison research on the three sets of senior school textbooks published by the People Education Press: the 2000 edition, the 2003 edition and the new standard teaching material reading, in the way of the arrangement and the combination of the articles, in order to grasp the tendency of the curriculum reforms recently, and to propose some opinions to teaching material construction under the background.There are two kinds of arrangement of the Chinese textbooks at least: one is that in the compulsory course we should consider "the example article" as the overall knowledge system, under which we can compiles a certain quantity ofother samples as the teaching materials to verify the knowledge points. In order to make up the insufficiency to stress on the science training in the compulsory course, we suggest, both in the elective courses and in the reading materials, should take "the verdict text" as the main content. As a result, in original reading materials containing meaningful words students can acquire the outstanding cultural gradually behind them.The other is that the verdict selection should be arranged to be the maincontent which make the students get the indispensable attainment on thecommon Chinese base. In elective courses, subjects are made for the students.And firstly the subjects should be assembled in reason, linked by the form of"example" and verified by the samples.
