Under the new period,the change of education along with the characteristic of times, the traditional of teaching ideas and teaching model is gradually changing new-style. Institutes of physical education are cradles and bases of transporting persons with ability of physical education, it must be carrying on large-scale teaching reform and practical test to adapt to development of the times require. Wushu routine as a branch of Wushu must be carrying on necessary educational reform.The main masterstroke of this article is Technology teaching of Wushu routine course in institutes of physical education, The main purpose is exploring its value-orientation. Through analyzing teaching project and teaching outline of Wushu routine in institutes of physical education, using methods such as literature-information, expert-visiting, logic-discursion to carrying on academic deducing and analyzing to educing correlative questions, in allusion to these problems to design questionnaire and analyse validity of them, and then carry on practical testing. The last, through deducing and analyzing some questions of value-orientation, and cursory verdict, educing correlative questions and advice for further research.Through analyzing, we think: At present, the teaching form of skills teaching of Wushu routine course is primary"competition routine","model". This has induced some questions in teaching process, and value-orientation on the skills teaching of Wushu routine course bring on some questions, mainly in the following aspects: Unilateral teaching ideology result in neglecting essence of Wushu routine; Alone teaching goals result in teaching link and the practice coming apart; Half-baked teaching course result in low teaching quality; Lacking skills teaching material of Wushu routine course result in illogical teaching structure; Lacking persons with ability result in half-baked inheriting Wushu culture.We think: Aimed at some questions of teaching course and value-orientation on the skills teaching of Wushu routine course, we discuss from the following aspects: Incarnating value and essence of Wushu routine; Giving prominence to characteristic teaching; Inheriting and Developing traditional Wushu culture; Adapting the need to people`s psychological and physiological ,and the need to development of Wushu routine. Through analyzing, value-orientation on the skills teaching of Wushu routine course in institutes of physical education is primary"wrestle culture".The results show that: Through the overall analysis, proposed the value-orientation of "wrestle culture" and conceived relevant teaching structure. Hiberarchy of the skills teaching of Wushu routine: strength→technique→art→deity, and is respectivly expounded; Structure the skills teaching course of Wushu routine: The first, foundation teaching and training stage; The second, technique, skill teaching and training stage; The third, routine, practical technical teaching and training stage, and is respectivly expounded.
