There are 3 leg-oriented events among 4 female competitive gymnastics. Female gymnasts'lower-limb strength training is of great significance for the development of vaulting horse, floor exercise and balance beam. Leg strength is the key for being excellent female gymnasts. Stress on lower-limb strength training can at least guarantee the advantage of floor exercise and vaulting horse, which are the weak events of Chinese female gymnastics. The continuous development of gymnastic rules, technique and the specialty of the event itself and female growth objectively demands the gymnast to have early, systematic and scientific strength training from their childhood. 7-10 age period is the primary and intermediate stages in female gymnastic training curriculum and the best growth period for juvenile's physical quality. Good strength training can lay solid basis for being excellent gymnast.Applying documentation, investigation and interview, case study, the author studied female junior gymnasts'lower-limb strength training theory, current training condition and tried to find out the individual characteristics of Cheng Fei and other 5 gymnast's lower-limb strength training through multi-level further study on the successful cases of their training process.The research shows that 7~10 years period is the first training period of female gymnast's lower-limb strength training, According to anatomical characteristic of female gymnast's lower-limb strength training, we should follow the basic structure procedure of condition diagnosis—building up training aim—formulating training curriculum—implementing training methods—effect check and evaluation—realizing training target, apply bi-period yearly plan arrangement, implement individual training of explosive-force-based and specialized-strength-cored. It is the guidance ideology and theoretical basis of scientifically that developing female junior gymnast's lower-limb strength training.
