Vibration training is a new non-traditional strength training method,which uses different frequency and amplitude so that the body of the trainer can get all-round exercise to improve the strength and coordination of different parts of the body.It has the characteristics of effectively increasing the muscle strength and endurance of athletes in a short time,improving the coordination,responsiveness and sensitivity of the athletes' central nervous system under light pressure.In recent years,due to the rapid rise of vibration training and the popularity of development,the academic research on vibration training has been increasing rapidly.However,looking at the domestic and foreign research results,many studies only involve the long-term impact of vibration training on athletes.Not only are there few studies of short-term effects of vibration training,but there are few studies of women's freestyle wrestling.Based on this,this research takes the female freestyle wrestlers of the sports management center of Jilin Provincial Sports Bureau as the research object,there are only two female freestyle wrestlers in Jilin Province at present,and the research object selected in this paper is sports water The higher level of a team,are all national level athletes above.Studies have shown that short-term vibration training can be used in warm-up activities during athletes' training and before competitions,which can not only activate the excitability of the athletes' central nervous system,but also mobilize them in their bodies All organ systems so that the athlete can quickly enter the first level of readiness.Vibration training is a useful training method for athletes.Using the method of literature data and expert interview,the research results of vibration training at home and abroad are obtained,which provides a sufficient theoretical basis for experimental design and analysis of experimental results.The authors selected 12 female freestyle wrestlers from Jilin sports team,divided them into three groups: Experimental group A,Band control group,and carried out the same content training.the authors compared the parameters of two groups of athletes in experimental group and control group Conclusion:(1)The growth of large calf circumference in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The lower limb strength of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The lower limb burst index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The changes of various test parameters of two groups of athletes A and B with different vibration stimuli in the experimental group reached the following conclusions:(1)The athletes in the experimental group had no vibration frequency of 40 Hz with a vibration frequency of 30 Hz The growth rate of leg girth was fast.(2)The lower limb strength of athletes with 40 Hz vibration frequency and 30 Hz vibration frequency in the experimental group was significantly increased.The ability of the initial lower limb strength and muscle group to convert centrifugal contraction into centripetal contraction significantly increases endurance.(3)With the increase of vibration frequency,the burst force of athletes' lower limbs gradually increased.
