Investigation And Analysis On The Present Cultivating Situation Of Competitive Swimming's Reserved Talents In Henan Province

The reserved talents'cultivating is a strategic problem in the development of sports. Only through attaching importance to the reserved talents'cultivating, a country's sports can develop well. If a sports item wants to keep developing, it should follow the item's developing rules and the talents'pullulating laws and do well the work of the reserved talents'cultivation. If the competitive swimming level of Henan province wants to be made substantial progress and steady improvement, the reserved talents'cultivation should be enforced, so a high quality group can be established.With the combination of documentary analysis, investigation, statistics analysis, logical analysis and other methods, this thesis conducts a comprehensive research and analysis on the cultivating of the swimming reserved talents of Henan province. Then the author puts forward suggestions on the favorable and healthy development of the reserved talents as a whole, and this thesis can also be a reference to the departments it may be concerned.From the analysis of questionnaire and the interview of the swimming reserves and coaches of Henan province, this thesis comes to the conclusion that the management system of Henan Swimming Administration Center is not in perfection; the reserves contingent is lack of necessary funds; the scientific training is still in a low level; the contradiction between study and training is quite conspicuous, the athletes haven't a wide choice for their profession; the publicity of the swimming of Henan province remains to be strengthened.Taking into consideration of the main problems existing in the cultivation of swimming reserves of Henan province, this thesis puts forward some suggestions for the steady and healthy development of the cultivation of swimming reserved talents : to perfect the management system of Henan Swimming Administration Center ; to take the full use of the advantage of the market and widen the channels of funds; to expand the investment of the reserved talents'cultivation; to establish the scientific athlete selecting mechanism and implement scientific training ways; to stimulate athletes'study enthusiasm according to the principle of human-centered ,so it can stimulate the combination of sports and education, and alleviate the contradiction between study and training; to perfect the system of coach training in order to improve the coaches'quality and widen their developing prospect; reinforce the publicity of swimming in order to improve it's popularization among people.
