After I finished How We Think written by J.Dewey, I have focused on teacher-second-thinking. In the book, he regarded a active and serious process, including a lot of individual views and knowledge. And scholars in different countries also have studied this problem, made reasonable decision that second-thought is connected with practice and individuals are allowed to have dilemmas before solving problems. The concept of J.Dewey's second-thought provides a good way for the teacher professional development. On the basis of his work, people have started to study teacher-second-thinking. The education field also has attached much importance on it, especially associated it with teacher professional development. The emphasis on it in English-speaking countries can be dated back 1970s. Before that time, the study on teacher merely focused on class, and failed on psychological activities. After the mid of 1970s, the second-thinking became important ways of constructing means in practice and one of important parts of conscious profession development. Since the 1980s, it has become a hot point in teacher-education, which coordinates with the demands for teacher profession in primary education reformation. Therefore, this thesis, with "research on the process of teacher-second-thinking based on teaching-study at school " will try to probe into the process of teacher-teaching second-thinking, through the analysis of samples, and put forward efficient measures, constructing the platform of teacher profession development. This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is about the significance, research background,the theory related to teacher-second thought.. The second part will provide facts for the research though samples. This part, through a teacher's everyday teaching, will analyze teacher's conscious in second-thinking attitudes, backgrounds, contents,and methods,condition.The third part will put forward the ways for promoting positive and efficient teacher-second-thinking including the professional habit of figuring and solving problems, cultural atmosphere through cooperation, the care and encourage from the principal, the mature system of teacher profession development. The forth part part will make a conclusion..
