Research Objective: The vibration strength training is a new method of strength training, which gets more and more concerned by the characteristic that it can buildup muscle strength with less load. On the basis of international sports science's positive estimates to vibration training, the author chooses the cut-in-point of frequency that is one of the determinants the vibration intensity to research the vibration strength training effects with the same amplitude and different frequency, in order to find the laws of vibration training effects to muscle . strength and do some contribution to vibration methods' perfection. Research Method: by the material method, the author got enough information about vibration train to offer theories for the design of experiment and the analysis of results; by the experimentation, the author used PHYSIO vibration plate to train outstanding athletes of Beijing Softball team,Swimming team and Diving team with same amplitude and different frequency; Use MERAC isokinetic system and HUR ergometer plate muscle strength testing system to test the indexes of PT/BW,FPT/BW,TP,TW of extensor and flexor muscle of right and left hips,knees and ankles and the height of SJ,CMJ before and after the training. Research Result: After experiment, the PT/BW,FPT/BW,TP,TW of testees' extensors and flexors of hips,knees and ankles of group I and group II improve very significantly(P<0.01); Compare between groups, the PT/BW,FPT/BW,TP,TW of extensors and flexors of hips,knees and ankles of testees in group II improve more than group I, and there exist very significant difference(P< 0.01) except the index of TW, whose difference is significant. After experiment, the height of SJ and CMJ of testees of group I and group II both increase and differences are very significant(P<0.01); Compare between groups, group II increases more than group I and differences are very significant(P<0.01); The increase of SJ height is more than CMJ of both groups and differences are very significant(P<0.01). Research Conclusions: Research Testified: With the same amplitude, effects of muscular training with hepo-heigh frequency vibration stimulus (35HZ-50HZ) are better than with low-middle frequency vibration stimulus and the same to the improvement of the ability of SJ and CMJ. The increase of SJ height is more than CMJ with the two different frequencies of vibration stimulus and differences are very significant.; Resistive strength training with vibration stimulus can enhance the effects of muscular training effectively; Vibration training can increase the maximal force,fast force,peak power and endurance of muscle and can improve the ability of jump with relatively small load.
