Vibration strength training is the latest invention of the strength training methods, which plays an important role on enhancing the strength of muscles effectively, currently vibration strength training has been well applied in high-level athletes'strength training and for the public fitness training abroad. This research with javelin athlete for research object passes to the training experiments to further explore the vibration strength training on the javelin thrower shoulder, elbow strength training effect, which is in order to provide theoretical basis and experimental evidence for the javelin particular vibration strength training later. At the same time, this research will also provide evidence for javelin professional coaches and sports teachers to update the concept of strength training and expand special strength training methods and means.We used the JET VIBE (ETS-900N model) vibration training plat to do vibration incitement strength training on javelin athletes from the Capital Institute of Physical Education; the vibration frequency was 25HZ-40HZ. After eight weeks of system strength training, the research used the ISOMED 2000 isokinetic testing apparatus of the subjects shoulder, elbow flexion and extension to carry out isokinetic muscle strength test, the experimental changes in the indicators before and after the comparative analysis of the experimental findings are as follows:1,In the angular velocity of 60°/s,180°/s, the vibration strength training on the shoulder of the flexor group of peak torque, relative peak torque produced a positive impact; and the significant impact of the extensor of the shoulder joint had individual differences.2,vibration strength training on the shoulder of the greatest power, the total power produced a certain degree of impact, but there was significant individual differences.3,vibration strength training on elbow flexor peak torque relative had a positive impact, but the training on the extensor did not result in significant impact.4,vibration strength training on maximum work of the elbow extensor than flexor obvious, vibration training may produce a greater degree of fatigue on the flexor; vibration strength training on total work of the elbow joint also produced a certain degree of influence, but there were obvious individual differences.5,the reasons why vibration strength training did not produce a positive impact on the possible might be the individual differences,the number of restrictions and so on.
