The Investigation Research Of Personality Characteristic Of Excellence University Student Basketball Athlete

The personality characteristic research of athlete has been a hot topic in the movement psychology research.The basketball game was one of ball games,and psychological training,which has close relation with personality characteristic,has become an essential component in the modern basketball trains.The university outstanding basketball athlete was important reserve force of the development of basketball game of our country.The aim of this research was to explore the relations of personality characteristics and their influences of university student basketball athlete through investigating with 16PF as the main tool.The results of this study follow as:There were significant sex differences between excellence university student basketball athletes in factors A,B,E,G,H,Q₁,Q₂ and Q₄.The significant differences between excellence male college basketball athletes and ordinary university schoolboys in factors of A,B,C,E,F,G,H,M,L,Q₁,Q₂ and Q₄ were found.There were significant difference between male excellence college basketball athletes and countrywide male adults in factors of A,B,E,F,H,G,L,Q₁,Q₂,and Q₄.There were significant difference between excellence and ordinary male college basketball athletes in factors of C,E,M,Q₂ and Q₄.There were significant differences between female excellence college basketball athletes and ordinary university schoolgirls in factors of A, B,C,E,G,H,Q₁ and Q₄.There were significant differences between female excellence college basketball athletes and countrywide female adults in factors of A,B,C,E,F,G, H,I,Q₁ and Q₄.There were significant differences between excellence and ordinary female college basketball athletes in factors of B,C,E,H,G,L,O,Q₁ and Q₄.For college basketball athletes,there were significant differences between the degrees of parents' love in factors of B,I,M,O,Q₁ and Q₄,significant differences between the degrees of parents' affect in factors of B,C and M,significant differences between single-parent families and non- single-parent families in factors of B,E,I and Q₃,significant differences between single-children and non-single-children in factor of Q₂,significant differences between different family economies in A,N,B,and Q₂, significant differences between different economy development of hometown in factors of F and N,significant differences between the degrees of coach's attentions in H, significant differences between the degrees of the relations With coach in B and Q₃, significant differences between the degrees of the relations with partners in B,F and Q₃.
