Serving teachers in paid tutor in the city is now a more widespread education and social phenomenon, the phenomenon has been of special education is a very controversial topic, in-service teachers engaged in "paid tutor" for people criticized mainly concentrated in the "working" and "compensatory", and the state is currently no specific provisions related, parents, teachers, educational and administrative departments and various sectors of the community-service teachers in paid tutor praise or criticism not for various reasons, the education administrative departments have also been troubled by the fact that no effective management methods.The primary and secondary schools in the city serving teachers in paid tutor basic conducted on the basis of full understanding of this phenomenon education on the causes and possible to students, teachers, families, education and the likely impact of the community were analyzed and then put forward, at this stage, in order to fundamentally solve this problem, must be multi-pronged: reform the educational system, innovative education system, increase input in education, legal and moral build simultaneously, and actively guide the school, family and society to establish a correct view of personnel training.
