At the beginning, this text commences from the concept research of fit and makes distinction from several concepts which includes fit training, general fit training and particular fit training. Thus the author gets the definition of particular fit training for basketball. Secondly, the author analyzes the margin of the particular fit training for teenager basketball athletes from the aspects of age, body appearance difference and technique statistics of the teenage basketball players attending the third CBA-CUBA youth basketball dual meet. At last, the author carries on the initial research on the present condition and the existing difficulties about the particular fit training for teenager basketball athletes in China. There are several main study results:1 .According to the comprehension of the fit concept and the distinction of the concepts between fit training, general fit training and particularly fit training, the author makes a definition about particular fit training on basketball which is adopting special training methods and ways related to the particular exercise according to the characteristics and special requests for raising fit and making them adapt mutually.2. Through making the comparison of teenager basketball athletes from the aspects of age, body appearance difference and technique statistics of the teenage basketball players attending the third CBA-CUBA youth basketball dual meet, the author can get some conclusions. The age of CBA youth player is obviously younger than the CUBA player. The index in the body appearance of CBA youth player is obviously better than CUBA players which can show us that CBA is more strictly in hardware in choosing their players. The two teams don't have too much spatial in weight and the index of Quetelet and both of their level of fit become closely to the adult. But the distinction existing in weight showed us the margin of the power to some extent. It means that the particular fit training of CBA player is better than the CUBA troops.3.Though the interview to the coach and the official from the constitution committee of the third CBA-CUBA youth basketball dual meet we know that there are some existing key problems about the particular fit training for teenager basketball athletes in China. The first is that our attention to the particularly fit training is not enough. The second is that the coach has some misunderstanding of the particularly fit training. The third is the simplicity of training skills and methods. The fourth is that the general fit training with particularly fit training escape from each other. The fifth is lacking of system and plan in the process of fit training. The sixth is that we don't pay much attention to the oxygen-bearing training in the particular bearing-training.4.According to the thesis, there are some principles about the particular fit training for teenager basketball athletes that we should obey. The first is that the training we carry on should match the physiology and the metal characteristics and the sensitive period of sports-ability of the person. The second is that the training we carry on should match the item characteristics of the basketball sport. The third is that the training should match the function characteristics of the basketball sport. Also, there are some basic tenet we should obey. The first is that we should combine the full-scale development with the priority development. The second is that we should combine with the particular training of basketball. The third is that we should carry on the system-training. The fourth is that we should keep suitable burden training. The last is that we should make a differentiating treatment and keep the charge with instauration mutually unified.
