With constantly updated and continuing development of table tennis rules and technology, the world table tennis pattern is constantly changing. from Europe's heyday to today's world the situation of playing China, the Chinese table tennis is facing unprecedented pressures and challenges, how to maintain China Table Tennis leading position is a problem to every table tennis worker. The youth is the future of Chinese table tennis. It is necessary to climb the world sports peaks by enhancing their skills and lay a solid basic skills, footwork as a more important technology after the table tennis rules changing should focus on improving during the youth, reaching on the load of Multi-ball means which is the most effective footwork training means has a very important significance on raising young people's ability.Research shows that the Multi-ball footwork training has"much ball practises only"and"the multi-balls practice"twoways, For the first way contains"the forehand two great angle flush the ball"and"half volleying with push be sideways throws the forehand", the other method is mainly"the forehand two great angle flush the ball""the middle of the mill be sideways throws the forehand""half volleying with push be sideways throws the forehand"and"around the forehand meets the backhand".From the research we can found that"the middle of the mill be sideways throws the forehand"and"half volleying with push be sideways throws the forehand",and the load characteristics are similar too, so this paper the only choice to study the pushes the side to throw. The results show that:1, In limit training conditions three footwork, the maximal heart rate values of the three footwork training were more than 180 bpm, and the average heart rate were more than 160 bpm, blood lactate value were more than 8.6 mmol / l. This shows that these three ways are all mainly anaerobic energy supply training under this load.2, In different load conditions:In addition to being two angle Round 20 under the conditions of maximal heart rate is less than 180 bpm , and the average heart rate is less than 160 bpm, the heart rate above 180bpm under other three load conditions, blood lactate values change obviously with the changes of load conditions. That shows in different load conditions and 30 round, the mainly for the able manner is glycolysis, and under the conditions of Round 20 is ATP-CP.The side throws pushed under the conditions of the 15 Round maximal heart rate less than 180bpm, and the average heart rate is less than 160 bpm, the heart rate above 180bpm under other three load conditions, blood lactate values change obviously with the changes of load conditions. That shows under the condition of limit and 25 round the mainly for the able manner is glycolysis, and under the conditions of Round 20 is ATP-CP.Footwork is backhand after aerobic training is a condition of training for aerobic approach to be the main energy supply, the body movement in the time T = 221±31S, and the average number of completed ball N = 236±30, to training limit, the body in the process of training the limit blood lactate values changed little, when the Round of 35×2×4-group, the time T = 130±10 seconds this way load average heart rate of 150 bpm about the mean maximal heart rate around 175 bpm.3, in the training process, HR has undergone a period of rapid rise in a gentle, and the rise in two stages, the individual athletes does not fully prepare in the beginning stages has a slow increase in short-term period.4,Intensity the athletes'anaerobic training so as to improve the athletes'ability of the anaerobic metabolism, finally lay a solid body foundation for the table tennis footwork training.
