The quality of strength is of great importance in competitive sports. In many sport items, the quality of strength is the foundation of getting remarkable achievements.During the course of sporting, the human body was supposed to show part or full of its strength. The quality of strength is also a key factor during the development of many other qualities, and the mastering of technique, the carrying out of tactics, the improvement of sport achievements all call for the quality of strength.Nowadays, the training of strength is being given unusual attentions. The training of strength can improve the muscle's power by stimulating the muscle effectively, and different styles of strength training can lead to different outcomes of the training. But in China we shouldn't become so optimistic about the current state of power training; it is the deficiency of power training theory and applied research, out-dated principle and methods of training the impacts the quality and the effects of training.Choosing a suitable method of training according to specific item is the guarantee of the effectiveness and specificity of power training.Stretching is one of the lower limbs' basic movements.Theoretically, any kind of complex movements is composed of basic movements. In this article we mainly focused on the stretch of lower limbs to discuss the training of strength, this can simplify complex questions and facilitate the study.we carried out a 8 weeks' training using 3 different training methods in 36 volunteers from CIPE who are not sports major, and we concluded the outcome of articles, interviewed volunteers, proved in experiments, tested using methods of biomechanics of sports, and statistical analysis was carried on the data, by these means we compared the push strength change of the lower limbs which was led by training with 3 different methods.1 After experiment, the max strength of all three groups has increased, and the difference between before and after the experiment is statistically significant. But the amount of the increase is different: group A shows a good effect under barbell exercise, and the max strength increased 15%; the max strength of group B has increased 4% under jump exercise, the max strength of group c has increased 7% under barbell and jump exercise.2 The fast strength change is statistical significant after the experiment in all three groups. Group C seems to have a better effect than Group A or B do.3 The change of reactive force is not significant after the test in group A, and it's statistically significant in group B and C, the increase amount is bigger in group B than in group C.4 The strength-endurance level increased in all three groups, but none of them is significant.Experiments proved that, though some experts doubt about the barbell exercise, but its effects on max strength, fast strength is still great, and the effect on the former is even greater, it should be a great option during the constructive strength training. Bound exercise has a significant impact on the reactive force, and the mix-exercise group has a better impact on fast strength than both other two groups. Each training methods has its own character, wise choice is made under the consideration of both the stage of strength training and peculiarity of the special exercise.
