In Latin dance, body stability is a very important factor in special movement technology, which includes four aspects: body balance ability, trunk stability, body stability after rotation, and completion quality of special movement technology. However, watching children's Latin dance related competitions,we found that the physical stability of children's Latin dancers is not enough, which is reflected in the explosive force of lower limbs is not enough, the rotation action is not stable, and the control and support ability of high difficulty technology is not in place. The main function of lower limbs is to support the body weight and walk;In sports, lower limb strength is the core of strength training and the basis of sports. Therefore, this experiment analyzes the influence of lower limb strength training on the physical stability of children's Latin dance learners,in order to provide guidance for the curriculum of children's Latin dance,so that children's dancers can strengthen their physical stability when dancing under more systematic and professional lower limb strength training.Research methods: the main research methods of this paper are: literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method. In Chengdu Wuye dance art center and Chengdu Fansi dance training institution,24 Latin dance learners aged7-10 years and aged from 1 to 2 years were selected as experimental subjects, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. From September 1 to November 11,12 weeks of lower limb special intervention training was carried out. Before and after the experiment, the balance ability, rotation ability, trunk stability and technical stability of Latin dance special movements were tested and compared by spss23.0 to analyze the effect of lower limb strength training on the physical stability of children's Latin dance learners. Results: 1.Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the physical stability index between the two groups. After 12 weeks of lower limb special strength training, the balance ability, rotation ability and trunk stability of the experimental group were improved, and the average value of each index of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group. In the experimental group,30 second single rotation and straight-line lunge had positive significant changes; The star offset balance index test results are significantly the same,it can be seen that lower limb strength training has a positive impact on its physical stability, and the effect is significant.2.After 12 weeks of lower limb strength training, the index data of body posture, technical quality, body balance ability and rotation of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. It shows that the lower limb specific strength training has a positive effect on the stability of children's Latin dance learners' Latin specific skills, and the effect is significant.Research conclusion: To sum up,after the intervention of lower limb special strength training, the balance ability, rotation ability, trunk stability and special technical stability of children Latin dancers are significantly improved. This shows that the special strength training of lower limbs has a positive effect on the physical stability of children dancers. Therefore,in the course of children's Latin dance,30 minutes of lower limb strength training is helpful to improve the stability of children's Latin dance.
