Along with the continuously go deep into of the course construction of the high school, The school-based course is paid a focus attention by educationist of the higher education in the school's development。These courses in the school development of the university not only include the research of the theories, but also include the quest of practice. The resolution of course of the university and college should be a process to keep on, a gradual, inheriting, reforming process, it is also endless. Under the new condition of building up more humanity-oriented and harmonious society, the School-based Curriculum Development, which is one of the important parts of curriculum theory and practice, is a key project not only worthy of the developing of students and teachers but also worthy of forming the feature to a university. Integrated with philosophy, pedagogy and theory of curriculum, this thesis will make a theoretical expatiation by the means of philological method and theoretical-analysis method. The innovation of this research is to study the School-based Curriculum Development and its relevant problems based on humanity theory.Article is carried on from two aspects, the first part starts the basic concept of the School-based Course Developing, briefly analyze the general concept of the School-based Course and the development, discuss the connotation of the School-based course development which the technical term put forward and the concept of the School-based Course Development that the text defined and its important content points, pointed out the concrete meaning and value orientation of the School-based Course Development. The second part mainly expounds the practical orientation of the School-based Course Developing of human-oriented. And points out the present condition of the School-based Course Development in university. Then, this part gives us the concrete measures of humanistic of the school-based course in university. Including: Analysis on the learning requirement of students; making students into the participants of the School-based Course Development; course development should embody richness in contents and system; the School-based Course Development also should be based on teachers; the human-oriented of curriculum evaluation system..The objective of this article is showing its humanity concern during the process of curriculum development, setting up a view on the School-based Course which is human-oriented. And ultimately, Teachers are developed; students are cultivated and the feature of a school is formed...
