At the age of knowledge economy, teams have been applied in more and more organizations to deal with the fast changing environment. Team learning has become one of the most important topics in theory and practice. To sum up previous studies, we found that scholars have raised many influence factors of team learning. But, there were few factors outside the organization. Howere, some researchers have assumpped that the factors outside the organization,such as national culture, influence the team learning. This dissertation discusses the relationship between national culture and team learning, and is hoping to help our organizations enhance team learning and build the learning team of our Chinese characteristise.This dissertation starts with review of abundant literature and summarizes the concept and model of team learning, as well as the team learning scale. The developing process includes interviewing, expert consultation, factor analysis, reliability and validity test. After that, the team learning scale is formed, which contain four dimensions. VSM-94 developed by Hofstede in 1994 is used to measure the national and was tested of reliability. Then, the research object is the team members from the software companies. 488 valid data are collected and the valid collecting rate is 81.33%.We explore the relationship between national culture and team learning through the correlation analysis and the regression analysis.This innovation point of this dissertation mainly proforms in two fields. First, We developed the team learning scale and this scale measure the team learning from the aspect of behavior. Second, we carried the empirical study to explore the relationship between national culture and team learning. And here are the main conclusions: national culture has an impact on team learning, but it is not the key and effectively factor to the team learning. The dissertation also points out the limitations: the scope of the samples is narrow and the type of national culture is single. These two point may be impact the veracity of the research results.
