With the constant deepening development of China’s professionaltennis, and gradually catching up with the rest of the world, our training philosophyand training methods will continue to update and Chinese Tennis Athletic strengthis rising up.Thanks to a state-of-the-art training philosophy, a reasonable trainingmode, the good quality training made Zheng Jie/Yan Zi doubles breakthrough, and LiNa2011consecutive Grand Slam finals, having won the French Open champion. So,the decisive factors to win the game is the quality of training. To improve the corecompetitiveness of China Tennis, we depend on improving the quality of training. Toensure the quality of training, we should fully start from the organization of trainingactivities, the training program, the formulation and implementation of the control ofthe training process, especially in the treatment of a variety of relationships involvedin training activities and grasp. Analyzed through the collection of the trainingtracking data of the national tennis team in London Olympic cycle, I find out that thetraining process of the national tennis team has the following problems:(1)There is a certain deviation between the actual implementation of the nationaltennis team training and the training philosophy. The training time is too long and thedull process does not comply with the concept of "short timing, high-intensity,high-quality training", which will affect the level of training, lead to a lower quality oftraining. In addition, the intermittent in the training process is too long, and theproportion of low-load is more than the high-strength load. Such is out of touch withthe actual requirements.(2)We poorly recognize race training relationship, blindly increasing the numberof entries, disrupting the training rhythm, and hindering the normal play. Therestricting competition results lead to fatigue, which affects the quality of training.(3)We lack of knowledge of the inter-season training and lack of nuancedarrangements. We overly rely on the end of the winter training effect, which isdifficult to maintain the competitive needs of the whole year.(4)The coach team configuration is still insufficient. National tennis team hasbegun to have "the vicinity of one" trainer configuration, but there is still a wide gapin the team of foreign professional players coach configuration. Coaches need toguide the training process in the face of too many problems, and it is too difficult tobalance.(5)The personalized training in our country is still in its infancy, and the degree ofpersonalization of athletes training is to be further improved.(6)The player’s learning ability is poor, and the conversion efficiency is low. Thenational tennis team employ foreign teachers to guide training every year. And in theprocess of learning, due to the simple imitation of the means and methods of training, lacking of application conditions and principles of the theory of deep thinking, lackingof independent innovation capability and observation, they did not have the ability tosolve the practical problems. They most rely on the experience of over-reliance and onforeign teachers.
