An Research Of The Arrangement Of The Retired Excellent Athletes In Shandong Province

The paper takes as research object the arrangement of the retired excellent athletes of Shandong province(who were regular and competed for the team of Shandong Province,the athletics level should be not lower than Level One,containing Level one),by means of a set of scientific methods including study of literature concerned,questionnaire, interviews with experts,statistics,and logics,and analyses the status of the retired excellent athletes' arrangement and the policies issued by Government.Through the analysis we can find out the problems in the process of the retired excellent athletes' arrangement,and based on the analysis and survey offer the solutions.The details of the research,that is,analyze the social significance of the retired excellent athletes' arrangement,the status of the retired excellent athletes' arrangement in 1991-2006,the related policy,the details of the retired excellent athletes of Shandong province,the related principles of the work of arrangement,the methods of arrangement,the approaches of the retired excellent athletes and the satisfaction degree of the excellent athletes to the government's work of arrangement.
