The Research On The Situation Analysis And Development Solution Of Basketball Referees In Xinjiang

With the more frequent sports communication between nations, the level of basketball has gained rapid and vigorous development. At the same time, basketball referees are required with newer knowledge and higher capability. Therefore, the work of a referee is facing unparalleled challenge. Methods of literature consultation, field investigation, questionnaire, heritage data are applied in this paper in order to reveal the reasons for the referees'relative low level and slow development to seek for some approaches to the reform, so that the level of basketball referees in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region will keep up with a sustainable and healthy improvement. By investigating and analyzing the referees in Xinjiang from such respects as individual quality system, training system, and environment system etc., some problems are found as, the impropriate structure of referees, single selecting source, the limited horizon of knowledge, inconvenient access to the referee's professional information resulting to a general lack of awareness of research, long training period of prominent referees in Xinjiang, insufficient punishment and reward measures, assess system, evaluation standards and etc. .According to the actual conditions in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, there are some suggestions to promote the stability, sustainability and health of referees'work, such as, strengthening propagandas and paying more attention to basketball referees from the relative leaders in order to create benefit public opinion environment ; claims of renewing basketball contest system in Xinjiang, building up all around market- oriented and systematic insurance, getting rid of traditional thoughts of referees'selecting which are obviously out of date, paying more attention to education in idealism, strengthening propagandas, expanding the selecting subjects, creating and improving the referee selecting system to struggle the way for excellent young referees broad and providing the platform for them, reminding that the training of referees must be in control and highlight the main points ; strengthening the management more scientific and standardized, building and improving the assess system , apply system and reward and punishment system, and work files of referees, all abiding by the laws and regulations strictly; improving referees'English level, by forcing more practices of listening and oral English, paying attention to professional vocabulary learning and strengthening the training for core members; computer level should also be improved for good capability, enforcing referees'research level, providing chances of further education, learning and investigation for basketball referees and etc..The research is hoping to provoke wider considerations, understandings and supports to the work of basketball referees, and attracting more elites to enlighten the course so that will contribute more to the whole level of basketball referees in China.
