More and more aggressive behaviors happened in one of the world’s most popular sports-basketball. This not only goes against the sportsmanship, but also not conducive to the healthy development of basketball, the phenomenon even has a great negative effect to society and an adverse impact on the development of adolescents. Therefore, we should pay more attention and vigilance on the study of aggressive behaviors on basketball court.12different levels of basketball athletes,3experienced coaches and3high level referees were interviewed according to semi-structure interview method to analyze the form, related factors, prevention and controlling methods for aggressive behaviors on basketball court. After that procedure, the researcher had made a comparison of all the three groups’opinions to found something that are different and similar. Following the standard procedure of grounded theory, the interview data was then transformed into electronic text and analyzed with-Nvivo10.0. Results were recorded into3main parts:The forms of the aggressive behaviors; The related factors to produce aggressive behaviors; The prevention and controlling methods for aggressive behaviors. According to the results, researcher had drew3main conclusions below:1) Both the athletes and the referees thought the main forms of hostile aggressive behavior are "Aggressive action which is usually accompanied with intense emotion" and "The fights", while the coaches’opinion is only "Aggressive action"; As for instrumental aggressive behavior, both the athletes and the coaches thought the main forms are "Petty action" and "Provocative behavior", while the referees’opinion is only "Provocative behavior"2) All of the three groups made an agreement on the influential factors of aggressive behavior. There are4factors:individual factors of the athlete himself, game-related factors, important-others factors and instrumental factors. In addition, the athletes emphasized the game-related factors’influence on aggressive behaviors is important while both the coaches and referees laid stress on individual factor of the athlete himself.3) As advices for preventing and controlling the aggressive behaviors. All of the three groups thought the punishment was the best effective way. What’s more, the athletes and coaches also mentioned "improving athletes’competitive level and being well-prepared for the game were also two good ways, and the referees focused more on the athletes who are easily be aggressive.
