How to improve the athlete's special strength, in order to achieve better athletic performance has always been an important area of research in sports training. In this study, on the basis of predecessors'research results of vibration training, to explore the feasibility of new vibration training program for the football players in the season. In addition, to find a basis to change the idea that rely solely on anti-resistance training for muscular strength training through proving that vibration training is capable of improving the muscle's greatest strength and power. In this study, Beijing Sport University's 24 healthy male football majored students were randomly divided into three groups of eight people. Groupâ… is vibration training group (amplitude 2mm, frequency 30-40hz), Groupâ…¡(traditional training group) is traditional anti-resistance training without the intervention of vibration stimulation,â…¢group is the control group without any strength training. After 12 weeks of training twice a week, the results has showed that:In the constant speed test of knee joint extension and flexion, the peak torque in groupâ… left leg increased 2.46%,4.57%(P>0.05), right leg, a decrease of 3.1% and increased 2.8%(P>0.05); groupâ…¡left leg increased 0.40%,2.52%, right leg down 4.2%, increased by 5.34%; groupâ…¢left leg increased 0.07%, down 1%, right leg down 3.46%,4.25%. There was no significant difference of the left, right leg peak torque between the two groups (P> 0.05). In the constant speed test of knee joint extension and flexion, the peak work of groupâ… left leg increased 12.89%,11.34%(P<0.05), right leg down 2.37%, increased 0.70%(P> 0.05); groupâ…¡left leg fell 6.65%,0.70%, right leg down 3.20%, increased 3.20%;â…¢group left leg increased 3.01%,0.14%, right leg down 2.45%,0.23%. There was no significant difference of the left, right leg peak work between the two groups (P> 0.05). In the constant speed test of knee joint extension and flexion, the peak power of group I left leg increased 8.89%(P <0.05), reduced 5.70%(P> 0.05), right leg raised 4.07%,4.07%(P> 0.05); groupâ…¡left leg fell 2.36%, increased 3.37%, right leg increased 10.38%, 10.50%; groupâ…¢left leg fell 7.06%,7.15%, right leg down 7.56%,3.60%. There was no significant difference of left, right leg peak power between the two groups (P> 0.05). (CMJP) of groupâ… increased 14.22%(P<0.05); groupâ…¡increased 1.13%; groupâ…¢decreased 2.90%. There was no significant difference of CMJP between the two groups (P> 0.05). The 30m run speed of groupâ… increased 1.4%,â…¡group down 0.48%; groupâ…¢down 1.87 (P>0.05). There was no significant difference of 30m run speed between the two groups (P>0.05).Study concludes that vibration training can maintain and improve lower limbs'greatest strength, power, maintain the displacement speed of football players in the season. It provides a new way and broadens a new way of thinking in specific strength training for soccer players.
