China's men's high jump was the advantages of our project, there have been two four times the world record. At present, China's men's high jump record or by Zhu Jianhua in 1983, created by 2.39m. The face of this situation, we need to male high jumpers in China to make an analysis of technical detail in order to restrict our search for high jump technique high jump athlete "knot disease" for China's men's movement, once again the high jump take-off and provide a theoretical basis and practice.Fosbury Flop technique is by the run, the take-off, vacated, and landing four links in the chain structure, in which technology is the high jump takeoff technology, key technology, while the take-off technique is again, "tread stretch and swing," composed of technology, that is "Jump take-off power source is supported by a swinging leg take-off leg pedal effects and co-composed of stretching effect."
