Not only is the material basis of Chinese herbal compound treatment of Chinese medicine(CM),But also it is the material carriers of basic theory for Chinese Medicine (CM),But Chinese herbal compound include of many TCMs and containing many variety of active ingredients, the role of targets is different, so to clarify the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine is required by means of network pharmacology.Purpose:This paper mainly clarifies the mechanism of ischemic stroke and BYHWD research status of their role. The main part of the effective BYHWD (total saponins, total aglycone, total alkaloids, total polysaccharides) were separated, By orthogonal design and compatibility. And to examine its differences of compatibility. Establishing a network pharmacology and validating a mathematical model to study the relationship between spectral efficiency and targets the main active ingredient calculated BYHWD active ingredient in vitro ingredient-role ingredien-targets the vivo ingredient-target, target-target component factor. And draw network diagrams, providing new ideas, new methods for the study of the mechanism of action of Chinese herbal compound.Methods:The focus is to identify the relationship between BYHWD network active ingredients and targets and draw a network diagram.1. The four pharmacological effects active parts(total saponins, total aglycone, total alkaloids, total polysaccharides) from BYHWD has separated and through qualitative and quantitative analysis, combination the effective parts by orthogonal design2. SD Rats orally administered, Abdominal aortic blood, Taking brain tissueand measuring GLU, Asp, Gly content by HPLC, determination of NO、Caspase-3 content by Elisa kit3. Mathematical models of network pharmacology was established and validated and has used software named pajek to draw network diagram.Result:more fully outlines the mechanism of ischemic stroke and separated effective parts from BYHWD its role of each active ingredient content of Astragaloside is 0.344mg·mL-1、paeoniflorin is 0.122mg·mL-1/ laetrile is 0.162mg-`mL-1、ferulic acid is 0.07mg·mL-1、TMP is 0.12mg·mL-1, The concentration of the polysaccharide is 0.15 mg·mL-1. effective compatibi-lity group similarity is low, and calculated BYHWD active ingredient in vitro ingredients-targets coefficient ingredients-targets the vivo ingred-ients-targets, targets-targets ingredients.Draw a network diagram.
