Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Coronary Heart Disease

Purpose:The observation and analysis of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction in treating coronary heart disease(CHD)with stable angina(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type) patients of clinical efficacy.Materials and Method:choose the standard of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients with a total of 60 cases were randomly divided into control group of 30 cases, 30 cases in the treatment group. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group based on routine western medicine Yiqi Tongmai Decoction 100 ml 2 times a day. In 28 days for a course. Observed and compared before and after treatment the symptoms of angina pectoris, TCM syndrome total curative effect, TCM syndrome score, TCM symptoms single integrals, ischemic ECG changes, nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate and blood fat change.Results: 1.Angina pectoris curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%, control group total effective rate was 60%, the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 2.Post-treatment, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine: TCM syndrome total curative effect, TCM syndrome integral, treatment group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05); the individual symptoms of TCM compared treatment group in the chest pain, chest tightness, sweating, fatigue score better than control group(P < 0.05), difference between the two groups have statistical significance. In terms of other symptom scores, there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P > 0.05). 3.Comparison of ECG curative effect: Treatment group total effectiveness was 63.33%, control group total effectiveness was 43.33%, the treatment group is better than the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P<0.05). 4. Nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate comparison: the treatment group nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate was 80.00%, the control group nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate was 56.67% the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference was statisticall significant(P < 0.05). 5.Comparison of blood lipid changes: The treatment group before and after treatment the blood fat TC,TG, LDL-C, HDL-C level difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The control group before and after treatment the blood fat TC, TG, LDL, HDL-C level difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Compare two groups after treatment the blood fat, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C level difference is no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Tongmai Decoction can effectively improve coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type) in patients with clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms,effectively improve ECG ischemia,reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin. Has the good clinical curative effect.
