Meta - Analysis Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Jianpi Qingre Huayu Decoction On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: Application of Meta analysis system to evaluate the effect of treating chronic atrophic gastritis(chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG) with the method of Jianpi Qingre Huayu. To provide important evidence for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with the method of Jianpi Qingre Huayu.Method:System Pubmed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、CNKI、VIP、wanfang database(the data for 2010,01~2015,03).Randomized controlled experiment with Jianpi Qingre Huayu method and other therapies as object of study.We made the Jadad form to estimate the curing quality and used the Rev Man5.1 software to analysis.Results: 1.Nine studies involving 762 CAG patients were included.A test for homogeneity of the studies included(P= 0.30; I 2= 16%) indicated that the data had homogeneity, and the fixed effect model was therefore used. The amount of pooled effects(OR = 3.45, 95%CI:2.33-5.10,Z = 6.21; P < 0.00001) showed statistical difference in the improvement of clinical symptoms and pathological examination results between Jianpi qingre huayu group and Weifuchun medicine、western medicine group. 2.The treatment group and the control group of 7 articles were compared with the improvement of clinical symptoms of CAG, the treatment group of 289 cases, the control group of 250 cases.A test for homogeneity of the studies included(P= 0.64; I 2= 0%) indicated that the data had homogeneity, and the fixed effect model was therefore used. The amount of pooled effects(OR = 4.66>1, 95%CI:2.88-7.57,Z = 6.20; P < 0.00001) showed the difference between the two groups. 3.The treatment group and the control group of 6 articles were compared with pathological improvement of CAG, the treatment group of 259 cases, the control group of 258 cases.A test for homogeneity of the studies included(P= 0.99; I 2= 0%)indicated that the data had homogeneity, and the fixed effect model was therefore used. The amount of pooled effects(OR = 2.81>1, 95%CI:1.92-4.13,Z =5.30; P < 0.00001) showed the difference between the two groups.Conclusion: 1.Meta analysis shows that with traditional Chinese medicine of other therapies contrast, Jianpi Qingre Huayu therapy treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in improvement of clinical symptoms and pathological improvement were better than that of the control group, and overall curative effect is better than that of the control group. 2.To provide important evidence for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with the method of Jianpi Qingre Huayu.
