Purpose: Discuss the clinical feasibility of using Yiqi Jiedu Huoluo therapy in treating diabetic nephropathy by analyzing the correlation between the deficiency of spleen and ki DKDey,blood stasis and pathogenic toxin impairing kidney collateral and diabetic nephropathy(DKD).Method:Detailedly discussed the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the experiment results, clinical effects, which are summarized by using Yiqi Jiedu Huoluo therapy to cure this disease, by consulting the literature about considering the root cause of DKD as the deficiency of spleen and kidney,blood stasis and pathogenic toxin impairing kidney collateral and cure it, and combining the tutor’s experience of DKD clinical treatment.At the same time, prove the feasibility and necessity of using Yiqi Jiedu Huoluo therapy to cure DKD by combining the research progress and clinical curative effect observation of Modern Medicine.Results:1.The existing theoretical research and clinical observation could prove that the attack of DKD has close relationship with abnormal qi transformation in spleen and kidney,blood stasis and pathogenic toxin impairing kidney collateral.2.Yiqi Jiedu Huoluo therapy has showed the optimistic curative effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion:1.Abnormal qi transformation in spleen and kidney,blood stasis and pathogenic toxin impairing kidney collateral is a major pathogenesis of DKD.2.Meanwhile,Yiqi Jiedu Huoluo therapy is an important treatment in curing DKD.
