Clinical Study Of Jiedu Tongluo Daoxie Therapy In Treating Diabetic Nephropathy(Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney With Blood Stasis Toxin Syndrome)

Purpose: To observe the curative effect of JieDu TongLuo DaoXie Therapy onimproving clinical symptom，reducing proteinuria and blood sugar，then make the objectiveevaluation.Method: Patients with diabetic nephropathy (yang deficiency of spleen and kidney withblood stasis Toxin Syndrome) were randomly divided into two groups, the treatmentgroup(30cases)and the control group(30cases). Both groups treated on the base of alimentarycontrol and regular treatment, and the treatment group added ZhuYang JieDu TongLuoDaoXie Decoction, while the control group added ZhuYang JieDu TongLuo Decoction. Acourse of treatment is4weeks, and observe two courses. Observe the improvement of clinicalsymptom, proteinuria and blood sugar changing before and after treatment.Result: The total effective rate of treatment group is83.3%, and the control group is66.7%（P＜0.05），the treatment group has the apparent curative effect on cure proteinuria.Both groups have the effect of reducing blood sugar（P＜0.01）,but there is no apparentdifferences between them（P＜0.05）.The treatment group has apparent effect on improvemain symptoms and better than the control group.Conclusion: JieDu TongLuo DaoXie Therapy is better than JieDu TongLuo Therapy intreating diabetic nephropathy (yang deficiency of spleen and kidney with blood stasis ToxinSyndrome). It proves the correction of mo yuan theory and the importance of DaoXietherapy，and give a new thought and method for clinicians to cure.
