Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Shoulder - Hand Syndrome After Stroke With Lei Huo Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture

Purpose:To explore the clinical effect of mine fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke, compare the curative effect of the combination of thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture group and simple acupuncture group, to provide reference for clinical treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Material and method:Will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 patients, randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. Two groups of patients in the treatment process were given basic drug treatment and rehabilitation treatment(Shoulder sling use, good limb position display and exercise therapy). The treatment group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment, the control group was treated with acupuncture alone, two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks, according to the patient’s VAS score、Edema score and Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor score to assess two groups of patients suffering from limb pain、swelling and motor function of upper limb, according to the curative effect standard of shoulder hand syndrome, the difference of curative effect between the two groups was evaluated.Results:The two groups of patients in gender, age, duration of disease, as well as the treatment before the VSA score, Edema score and Fugl-Meyer score were statistically analyzed, the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05), the comparability between the two groups is illustrated. After the end of treatment, The two groups of patients with VSA score, Edema score and Fugl-Meyer score were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05). Comparison of two groups after treatment, the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Compared the efficacy of two groups of patients,the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture can effectively relieve pain, relieve edema and improve the motor function of the affected limb.2. Combination of thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical curative effect of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.3. Clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke is better than acupuncture treatment.
