Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture On Shoulder Pain After Stroke

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain,it is the basis for further research on thunder-fire moxibustion and acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods: 62 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain were randomly divided into treatment group(thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture group)and control group(acupuncture group).Under 3 courses of rehabilitation and basic treatment,31 cases in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture therapy,and 31 cases in the treatment group were treated with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS score)of the two groups of patients,the simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb function score sheet,and the musculoskeletal ultrasound measurement value table were evaluated and the curative effect was analyzed.Results:1.VAS value comparison results: VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(points: 2.87±1.12 vs.3.52±0.90,P<0.05).2.Simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb function score comparison results: After treatment,the simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb function score of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(points: 23.03±8.95 vs.16.97±10.43,P <0.05).3.Comparison results of various scores of musculoskeletal ultrasound:musculoskeletal ultrasound of the two groups before and after treatment on the depth of biceps long head tendon sheath effusion,biceps long head tendon thickness,subscapular tendon thickness,and acromion to large nodules The measured values of internodal spacing were all reduced,and the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group {mm: 1.50(0.60)vs.4.05(3.02),2.50(0.23)vs.3.20(0.82),4.15(0.60)vs.4.60(0.50),23.65(8.98)compared to 26.40(10.53),both P<0.05}.4.Comparison results of total effective rate: The total effective rate of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain was93%,and that of the acupuncture group was 80%.Conclusions:1.Improve the degree of shoulder pain in patients with post-stroke shoulder pain,upper limb functional activities,and improve the depth of the biceps brachii tendon tendon sheath effusion of the affected limb,the thickness of the biceps long head tendon,the thickness of the subscapular tendon,and the acromion to the large knot In terms of measured value of inter-node distance,thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture is more effective than acupuncture alone in treating shoulder pain after stroke;the total effective rate of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture is better than that of acupuncture group.2.The combination of thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture can play a synergistic effect and exert a better curative effect.
