Study On The Correlation Between The Concentration Of H 2 In The Knee Joint And The Clinical Symptoms And X - Ray Staging Of Osteoarthritis

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between consciously pain symptoms of patients who double knee osteoarthritis with intra-articular hydrogen sulfide（H₂S）concentration.Relations the knee X-ray staging and synovial fluid concentrations of H₂S MethodsSelect 30 patients that both sides were suffering from osteoarthritis of the knee and proposed bilateral Total knee arthroplasty（TKA） or unicompartmental knee arthroplasty（UKA）.Divided into two groups,All patients with symptoms of mild knee Group A, Corresponding subjective symptoms heavier contralateral knee as group B. We adopt during surgery extraction synovial fluid by cut the joint capsule and the concentration of H₂S knee joints synovial fluid was measured by ELISA.Through the statistical analysis of group A and group B H₂S concentration and the severity of symptoms of the relationship.Relationship Analysis knee of KSS scores and synovial fluid concentrations of H₂S.And the knee X-ray staging relationship with concentration of H₂S in synovial fluid.ResultsA group and B group were compared using paired T test,the results showed that the differences between the two groups was statistically significant（p <0.01）.All patients that concentration of H₂S with KSS scores were positively correlated by pearson correlation analysis, r = 0.284（p <0.05）.concentration of H₂S and X-ray staging by spearman correlation analysis showed a negative correlation, r =-0.249（p<0.05）.ConclusionOur experimental study conclusion can be drawn that: a patient’s knee was in Group A concentration of hydrogen sulfide is generally higher than that of group B patients.KSS score and concentrations of H₂S in synovial fluid of the knee joint were positively correlated. X-ray staging of knee with concentrations of H₂S in synovial fluid of the knee joint was negatively correlated.
