The community health human resources is an important part of the health care system, the health service is the basis and premise of urban sustainable and healthy development. At present, a large number of high-quality medical resources to focus on high-level medical and health institutions, there are many problems in the community health human resources, configure Research Situation and needs to carry out community health professionals, meeting the growing demand for basic health services and improve the quality of community health service and improve urban health service system, and maintain the importance of the city’s health service development.In this study, Haidian District, Beijing, through literature review, questionnaires, interviews and other methods Haidian belonged to the community health staffing status of the investigation, the use of Epi Data, SPSS statistical software for data entry and statistical description, to explore possible problems and influencing factors, and the use of and demand for health services law standard working method Haidian belonged to the community health agencies 2016--2020 years of outpatient doctors, nurses and public health workers to predict the feasibility of combining the issues raised suggestions.The results show that in 2015, Haidian belonged to the community health care institutions and technical staff of 2415 people, health care ratio of 1: 0.82, the doctors and nurses far below the total outpatient service population and Design Standard(2944 people); community health education workers constitute undergraduate(41.0%) mainly composed titles with junior titles(47.8%) mainly; 2016-- forecast demand in 2020, Haidian belonged to the community clinic doctors and health institutions were: 1178,1299,1423,1530,1636 people; the demand for nurses were 1008,1159,1321,1475,1636 people; the demand for public health physicians were 1361,1325,1290,1254,1218 people. The main problems with all kinds of irrational allocation of health professional and technical personnel, especially the serious shortage of medical, public health, traditional Chinese medicine and other professionals to configure; low remuneration of community health workers; job promotion difficulties; lack of systematic training continuing education and pertinence, recruitment and introduction problems.To solve the above problems, the present study presents the issues affecting factors on the basis of analyzing the feasibility of recommendations: combine community health agency authorized health personnel staffing standards, the use of talent introduction and training and other channels to increase the total staff; professionals in the implementation of urgently needed orientation Order culture; by establishing a training platform, the systematic and targeted training; innovative service mode, press service contract situation get paid, improve the level of treatment of medical personnel...
