Research On The "Vocabulary - Syntactic Semantics" Interface Of Hand Movements Based On Annotation Corpus

The fundamental point of view for semantic grammar is that semantics is the basis of human language. The natural language system is based on the Semantic network which is on the basis of cognitive symbol categorization and association.(Li Baojia2007) In the understanding and generation of the sentences, Semantic is the decisive factor.As the core of the construction of semantic network, Semantic is the key of the understanding and generation of the sentences.This study has important value to the Natural Language Processing and Syntactic Semantics.In this paper, under the guidance of the theory of Semantic Grammar, we choose verbs of hand movements as the typical case which is familiar to human beings,on the basis of "Lexical semantic feature tagging set" and "Syntactic category semantic feature tagging set" which is setted by Sun Daogong.(Sun Daogong2007) The paper is mainly from two dimensions of the micro lexical semantic and macro syntactic semantic, study the interface problem of lexical syntactic semantic in the semantic field deeply.Firstly,in the lexical semantic level,based on "Lexical semantic feature tagging set based"(2689), we analyze20typical verbs of the hand movements and formed the semantic feature sequence patterns of verbs of hand movements of semantic field and the use of lexical semantic features (table53).And we analyze the same and the difference of the semantic feature sequence patterns of verbs of hand movements of semantic fieldSecondly, In the syntactic and semantic level,based on "Syntactic category semantic feature tagging set"(table61),we analyze the semantic roles and syntactic category feature which concern the hand movements of semantic field and studied the interface problem of lexical syntactic semantic in the three aspects.Firstly,based on the semantic knowledge base.preliminary study of how lexical units turning into semantic role (including the inner and outer interface),and verify and enrich the vocabulary unit with syntactic category feature into a cohesive mechanism of syntactic categories,which means when lexical units turn into the inner semantic role, the same category feature decide the same syntactic expression, the different lexical features control the concrete combination objects (Sun Daogong2011);when lexical units turn into the outer semantic role, the effect of the category semantic features became stronger, and the effect of the different lexical features became weakener.Secondly,on the basis of semantic knowledge base, we preliminary study the role sequence portfolio level of this semantic field. The semantic field were divided into21categories and325kinds of sentence patterns form.The "hit" field formed10categories and 63kinds of sentence patterns form.The finger field formed7categories and79kinds of sentence patterns form.The sub sub field formed10categories and59kinds of sentence patterns form.The whole hand sub field formed17categories and336kinds of sentence patterns form. Lastly, Based on the statistics of semantic knowledge base,we makes a simple analysis of the semantic field mapping mechanism based on semantic role.This paper belongs to the study of semantic knowledge base on semantic field based on the typical case,the study found that vocabulary plays a complementary role in the interface problem.Both the lexical semantic roles to cohesion and semantic roles to syntactic projection, vocabulary plays the bottom control function.Because of the time,capacity constraints,this research is very superficial.We just provide an example for the study of lexical semantic and syntactic interface and the reference operating procedures for the construction of the semantic network.This domain still has the considerable researches to do especially in pragmatic syntactic category.
