In teaching Chinese as a foreign language in listening, speaking, reading and writing are inseparable, listen to is the precondition of said, speaking, reading and writing, can only continue to understand other communicative activities, so listening course has an important position. Now a lot of articles about listening course, but the system intermediate listening course for the development of Chinese classroom teaching research is scarce. This article main research is the development of Chinese intermediate listening course of classroom teaching, first elaborated the development of Chinese characteristics and in the intermediate stage of listening teaching, the emphasis and difficulty. Secondly from the listening course material form and content as well as the testing analysis of the intermediate classroom teaching of listening course content, again into the classroom to the actual situation of classroom teaching, which includes both the teachers’ teaching and students before class preview, the students in class and after class the students master the situation. According to the actual situation in listening course class did some problems to solve and to all aspects of the intermediate listening course put forward some teaching strategies and teaching methods.
