Research On Coupling And Cooperative Development Of Culture And Tourism Industry

Culture is the soul of tourism industry, and tourism industry is the carrier of cultural development. As culture industry and tourism industry industry have been both upgraded to a national strategy, the theoretical research on tourism industry is now facing the important issue as how to promote the combination of culture and tourism industry, in order to achieve the coupling and interaction between culture industry and tourism industry industry. It is also is the realistic problem to be solved at the present stage during the development of the two industries.This dissertation, taking Jiangsu province as an example, through the construction of evaluation index system for culture industry and tourism industry comprehensive development level, evaluate and analyses the disparity of culture industry and tourism industry among 13 cities from 2004 to 2012. Then, on this basis of the system coupling theory, coupling judgment model is established to measure the coupling coordination level between culture industry and tourism industry, explore its coupling characteristics and mechanism, and put forward its integration development modes for different kinds of coupling coordinated cities in Jiangsu, so as to provide the corresponding strategy and suggestions for the coordinated development of culture industry and tourism industry industry in Jiangsu province.The results are shown as follows:Firstly, the comprehensive development level of culture industry in Jiangsu province overall is increasing, and presents spatial heterogeneity, with high level in the southern region, the middle region taking the second place, and lowest in the northern region. According to the different scores,13 cities can be divided into three levels and the ranking within and among the levels varies greatly. The sub-factors are used to analyse the reasons which cause rankings change so as to highlight the importance of scientific and technological innovation, and government support in the development of culture industry. Secondly, the comprehensive development level of tourism industry in Jiangsu province overall is rising steadily high also presents same spatial heterogeneity with culture industry.13 cities are also divided into three levels according to the different scores. However, the rankings within the levels change slightly, mainly due to tourism industry development level more mature than culture industry, with the development of each sub-factor synchronous with each other. Therefore, each city should seek regional cooperation to enhance the comprehensive strength of the local tourism industry industry. Thirdly, the culture industry and tourism industry industry of each city on the whole has reached a higher level. However, the coupling coordination level differs, and most of the city is still in the early stage when culture industry and tourism industry industry have little influence on each other. Synchronicity analysis shows that Jiangsu province as a whole is developing from the culture lag type to synchronously development-oriented and tourism industry lag type. Meanwhile, according to the difference in development speed between culture industry and tourism industry industry, six types of trend are summarized. According to the differences of coupling coordination and synchronization development between two industries in 2012,13 cities are devided into seven coupling types.Based on the analysis of coupling coordination differences between two industries of 13 cities in Jiangsu province, this dissertation discusses the coupling mechanism and mode, so as to enrich the theories and methods for studying culture industry and tourism industry industry. In addition, strategy and suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of culture industry and tourism industry industry in Jiangsu province, which bears certain instructional significance for collaborative development of two industries.
