Objective::This study assesses the effect of large brief group psychological intervention and analyses its accumulation effects measuring by EEG as an objective physiological indicator.1To investigate the similarities and differences in the EEG changes between physical exercises and large brief group psychological intervention;2, To explore the four modules structural effects of large brief group psychological intervention. Methods:Experiment Ⅰ:Using a randomized control experimental Design,3(Between groups) X2(Within the group).the experimental group is psychological intervention group and the control groups are physical exercises group and the control group, using EEG to assess the efficacy of large brief group psychological intervention; Experiment II:Using a simple randomized experimental design, comparing the EEG changes of the subjects before and after the measurement who participating in a different number of modules.Results:1experiment:different types of interventions had different changes in EEG. a2wave increases in psychological intervention group especially on5points of the left prefrontal, right parietal and right afterbrain; α1-wave reduces in physical exercise group, mainly in6points of the left hemisphere; There is no significant change in EEG test in blank control group.2, Experiment Ⅱ:On the different stage of large brief group psychological intervention, EEG showed different frequency tendency. The rising of a2throughout all of the four modules, there are statistically significant in three modules; δ wave declines significantly in first module and first&second module; θ wave decline significantly in first&second module and first&second&third module. Conclusions:In this study, EEG can be used as an objective physiological indicator to assess the contrastive efficacy and the structure effect of large brief group psychological intervention.1、Compared with the physical exercise group and the control group, large brief group psychological intervention can improve brain function and mental state.2、4modules of large brief group psychological intervention show regular changes in the EEG, indicating a periodic changes in efficacy.
