ZhengXuan annotated’The Book of Songs’ by ’De’. The reasons he followed Mao, firstly,’De’ does exist in’The Book of Songs’, and the Book was created by Zhou Dynasty’s people, so the Book has Zhou’s ideology certainly, which scilicet is concept ’De’. Secondly’De’does exist in Mao’s annotation, Mao professed his thoughts originate from ZiXia in his annotation, the thoughts of his annotation came from ZiXia were Confucianism, which especially values’DaoDe’ and ’RenYi’, so the Mao’s annotation of ’The Book of Songs’ values ’De’ inevitably. ZhengXuan self’s thoughts do not mean all of which were his personal attitudes. Under the formation of Confucianism political poetics, the construction of poetics centered on enlightenment by ’De’ based on Mao’s annotation, the architecture of a causal connection among the bright and the dark of enlightenment by ’De’, the rise and the decay of politics, the positive and the negative of Songs’, the praise and the blame of’Songs’, ZhengXuan made inclusions and omissions by his judgement among four sects annotations of’Songs’in Han Dynasty. That’s why’GuoFeng’ is the beginning of’Songs’,’GuanJu’ is the starting of’GuoFeng’, which lauds empress’s’De’ stated by Mao’s and Zheng’s annotations, ’ZhouNan’ and ’ZhaoNan’ are both songs of praise, enlightenment by ’De’ going down causes the composition of negative songs in ’GuoFeng’,’DaYa’ and ’XiaoYa’. Besides because of the political need of unity of Han Dynasty and the deepening development of ’tender and gentle’ of enlightenment by’De’, ZhengXuan reformed the poetics conception’MeiCi’ in Mao’s annotation, he modified’Ci’ with allegory, irony, and mock, these indirect expression ways of complaint emotion and feeling. Furthermore under the enlightenment by’De’ and ’Songs’, ZhengXuan simplify ’BiXing’ to ’metaphor’. This simplification helps the conversion from the literary into the political of’Songs’, the interpretation of enlightenment by’De’and’Songs’, clear-cut. And the simplification has historical reason, on the one hand formerly it is the poetics historical practice of QuYuan’s’Sweet Grass and Artistic Beauty’,on the other hand essentiality it is the requirement of the conversion from literary poetics into political poetics. Conversely if it was tangled the conversion must hinder the enlightenment by ’De’ ’s and ’Songs’’s construction of’Songs’in annotations, in addition annotation of’Songs’on’Li’ is the characteristic of ZhengXuan’s annotation, but it is necessary pointed out that before Han Dynasty Chinese culture developed the political philosophy, in which’De’is balanced with ’Li’, and former is essence, latter is form. So ’Li’ illustrates ’De’,’De’ harmonizes with ’Li’, neither can be neglected. Except the methods, ZhengXuan’s annotation also demonstrates some contents of ’De’, which relatively ranges over recipients and givers of ’De’,and includes emperor’s ’De’, courtier’s ’De’, female’ s ’De’ mainly. Under the JingXue thoughts, Overall from precondition to construction, methods to contents, ZhengXuan’s annotation of ’The Book of Songs’ is full of ’De’, which displays Confucianism political poetics and the ahead advantage than other annotations in theory.
