In this thesis, it changes the tradition methods studying the errors coming from Korean students studying Chinese characters from two aspects which is the diachronic and synchronic of error classification.It inquiries and analyzes the error causes and put forward specific teaching strategies.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is an overview of the condition of previous studies, and it points out the significance, the scope and the method of this paper.The second part classifies the types of errors from two levels which is the diachronic and synchronic. The first level consists of two aspects:form and meaning of error. The synchronic level is consisted from two angles, Korean aspect, Chinese aspect.The third part explores the causes of error.,and points out the reasons of the mistakes from three parts. The first part is the the student’s Chinese level, the degree of Chinese characters word, learning strategies and communicative strategies, ways of thinking and cultural factors,.The second part is from the teachers including lack of the contrast of two languages, lack of explanation.The third part is the dynamic development including the changing language environment, the differences in two language and the brief dictionary.The fourth part proposes the corresponding teaching strategies from the pre class preparation, teaching methods in the process of specific methods, and reflection after class. The specific methods explain five kinds of teaching methods. Finally the paper puts forward some suggestions for classroom and textbook development.
