College Students Rely On Social Support For Mobile Phones, The Relationship Between Emotional Disorder And Intervention Research

The rapid development of science and technology has brought the phone quickly replaced by new ones,smartphone is upgrading constantly,so it’s essential to our everyday lives to carry with mobile phones, communication of smartphone makes interpersonal communication is facilitated,entertainment features of smartphone brings to us endless joy.However, the mobile phone also brings a serious problem can ’ t be ignored.Excessive use of mobile phones is affecting our learning, work and life and physical and mental health. More and more people are becoming mobile phone dependence with widespread use of mobile phones.College Students are reserve talents for national development,walking in the forefront,have been plagued by mobile phone dependence.Research on mobile phone dependence of college students has been caused concern.In this study,college students are research subjects, this research mainly adopts questionnaire method and experimental method to study mobile phone dependence,this research adopts group counseling to intervene mobile phone dependence of college students.This study consists of five parts,the first three parts adopt questionnaire to investigate mobile phones use and dependence of college students current situation, investigate social support,online social support and alexithymia to influence mobile phone dependence of college students.The fourth part adopts the experimental method to explore the characteristics of alexithymia about mobile phone dependence of college students.With the method of group counseling to intervene college students rely on mobile phone in fifth part.The results of this study:1.Mobile phone dependence score of college student show a normal distribution.The score on the dimension of sustainability is significantly higher than mean theory,The score on the dimensions of withdrawal, conflicting, distinct, and technological statistical are significantly lower than mean theory.College students’ mobile phone dependence score there is no significant difference on gender,but there are significant difference on grade and fall in love or not.2.The scores of social support and dimension of subjective support are significant differences between different levels of mobile phone dependence,mobile phone dependent group scored significantly lower than non-dependent group.The scores of online social support and dimension of emotional support,instrumental support,the support of information and,the support of social members are significant differences between different levels of mobile phonedependence, mobile phone dependent group scored significantly lower than non-dependent group.3.Mobile phone dependence of college students show some alexithymia problem,alexithymia can significantly predict mobile phone dependence. The dimension of difficulty identifying feeling and export oriented thinking have positive prediction effect on mobile phone dependence.4.The characteristic of alexithymia about college student of mobile phone dependence:There may be some defects in the facial expression recognition.Emotional language schema defect may affect the expression of emotional experience.Referential links defect may affect express the emotional experience by words,resulting in emotional description of difficulties.5.Group Counseling can improve mobile phone dependence of college students rely on the case.
