As a kind of slow deformation environmental geological disasters, land subsidence hascaused incalculable loss for people’s production and living and social economic development,and caused the extensive concern of the relevant state departments and experts and scholars,and attached great importance to. In recent decades, scientific and technological workers use avariety of monitoring means and methods to obtain and accumulate a large amount of data ofLand subsidence and the related monitoring data, but these data has the characteristics of longtime series, wide distribution. How to carry on the effective management and utilization ofthese data, in order to improve the level of land subsidence monitoring and control is theimportant subject needed to resolve.In this paper, based on the national land subsidence monitoring and comprehensiveresearch and information system construction in the prevention and control project, from thereal demand of land subsidence monitoring and prevention work, this paper introduces theresearch status quo of land subsidence information system construction, and the keytechnologies of system design and implementation; for the prevention and control of groundsettlement monitoring and management information system has carried on the demandanalysis, general design and detailed design, and complete the two subsystems, namelystand-alone data acquisition subsystem and B/S structure for the development of datamanagement and analysis subsystem. This paper mainly in the process of research hasachieved the following results:First, Summarizes the key technologies and methods of system design andimplementation.To study and master the system involved in the design and implementation ofkey technologies and methods, focusing on the UML, design patterns, MVVM, Silverlightclient technology, and has carried on the comprehensive analysis on WCF technology in thispaper.Second, Completed the design of land subsidence disaster management informationsystem.With the help of the HIPO diagrams, unified modeling language UML, the national land subsidence monitoring and management information system in the prevention andcontrol subsystem of the division and function module design, complete system requirementsanalysis, general design and detailed design.Third, To complete the development of data acquisition subsystem. Using C#languageand Access database, based on the development of the national land subsidence database datadictionary finished the stand-alone version of the land subsidence data acquisition subsystem,the subsystem can realize the ground settlement and its related project data entry and editing,query and display, data backup and recovery, data exchange, data quality checking, etc.Fourth, Finished the development of data management and analysis subsystem. Based onSilverlight technology, ArcGIS API for Silverlight and SQL Server2008database, with thehelp of the MVVM development pattern, B/S structure of the land subsidence datamanagement and analysis subsystem, the subsystem can realize land subsidence and itsrelated project data read online directory entry, query, statistical analysis and spatial query andanalysis, and other functions.
