During the drilling and workover operations, due to the complex geological structure orimproper operation, sticking accidents often happen, jar as an effective tool to solve stickingaccidents, has been widely used. All-hydraulic drilling jar has the advantages ofeasy to adjustthe releasing force during drilling, good sealing structure, stable performance, solve the problemof domestic mechanical drilling jar could not control after into the well, can handle stickingaccidents instantly, realize the continuityand convenience of the petroleum drilling engineering, greatly reduce the cost of domestic oil drilling. This paper research the structure and working principle of the all-hydraulic drillingjar, designs a jarand verifies it, and development its parametric design software.Themaincontentof this paper is as follows:①With all-hydraulic drilling jar as the research object, analyze its structural and workprinciple, determine the force and torque transmit route and all components’ loading situationsunder all working conditions.②Design the165-type all-hydraulic drilling jar, use material mechanics method forstrength checking the parts, and the design method is studied.③Establish the three-dimensional models of all-hydraulic drilling jar’s parts, the virtualassembly and interference inspection and finite element analysis arecarried on, and optimize thejar according to analysis results.④UsingVisualBasic.NETasadevelopmentplatform,developtheall-hydraulicdrillingjarparametric design software, the design process of the jar can be realize by software, and designparameters will be deposited in the Access database, finally through the secondary developmentof CATIA, makes it was able to establish3D models and virtual assembly.
