Performance testing of GPS receiver becomes verimportant,which requires the design of a portabIe9low power consumption?high-performancsignal simulator.The research in this ifeld is still in its initial stage,the simulator has the problerof large volume and high power consumption,it restricted the ifeld use of our army.This thesis presents a simulation source data playback system based on FPGA,and the systerstore the simulation data in CF card,which greatly simpliifes the design diiffculty of digitssignal processing and effectively reduces the system volume,reducing power consumption.Base<on the GPS signal features, putting forward the system requirements, designing the overalscheme of the system:"host+CF card+signal processing" scheme.The scheme consists of tw(parts,the first part is the simulation data generation and download,the second part is simulatioidata playback and signal generation.This article make a detailed analysis of the simulatioisource data playback system and design the sampling module,control module and analog RJcircuit-Depending on the system proposal,the idea of top-down is used for FPGA design, and th<system is divided into a serial conversion module, the seiral clock signal generation modulerfequency module, si4133conifguration module, AD9777conifguration module,CF card readecontrol module. Each module will be programmed and simulated until all modules meet thidesign function.After all of sub-modules achieve their design functions, we put together thimodules of data playback system. Through simulation, and system debugging,it is derived thathe design can meet the GPS signal simulator system performance.
