Research And Application Of The Truck-Mounted Drilling Rig On-ground Underbalanced Gas Drainage

The problems of relatively deficient resources and environmental pollution arebecoming more and more serious, along with the economic development and urbanizationin our country. Engineering drilling machine is an effective tool. The machine is mainlyused to dig geothermal wells, coal bed methane and water wells which in depths areshallower than2000m. The main features, research significances, Current applicationsand developing trends of the engineering drilling machine are also discussed. Themachine’s working principles is studied. At the same time a kind of engineering drillingmachine is designed. The main feature of the rig power is opposite, and they are lessconsumption, purchase low, easily operating and low maintenance costs. Besides,it dosenot have high transfer efficiency, manual control, high reliability, turntable rotation, lowcenter of gravity, torque, good stability,but only its compact design agency, practical, andeasy to disassemble.As a example, the overall design of GZ-2000drilling rig is studied. The maincomponents of the rig are checked according to the maximum load on them. Theinfrastructurefunctionsof clutches, gearboxes, winches, wheel, brake.coupling water brakes and other structural features are discussed in detail. The limitstate design method is adopted to check the main parts of winch. Besides, this paperpresents the stress analysis of the main shaft of the winch by fi-nite element method,security assessment is also performed. The idea and method in tins paper can be taken as areference for the general design of the same-kind products. It is helpful for theoreticalresearch and actual work on the engineering drilling machine designing.
